Kusoma Tu Foundation Trust has a leadership team that leads operations in  the regions where we work. One of core values is excellence: We commit to a high level of excellence within our teams in everything we do.

Irene Maina holds a diploma in teaching and has taught for more than 30years. She is one of the founding members of Kusoma Tu and is the Educational Resource Developer responsible for the creation of quality resources for teaching including manuals, games and story books.

Called to be a catalyst for God Centered Transformational Education. I am determined to ensure young people and communities learn innovative ways to problem solve using biblical literacy as an agent for change! I am a trained teacher, homeschooler and missionary.

Muthoni is a teacher, film-maker and artiste passionate about art and education for development. She desires to see students of all ages experience a fulfilling, nurturing and wholesome education, so that they may be equipped to serve and impact their societies.

Stella has been a teacher and trainer for over 17 years’ working both in schools and in the not-for-profit sector. She has a passion for education and for social justice, believing that quality education is the right of every child. She has experience with community development and international non-profit management, curriculum development, training and monitoring and evaluation.

Dr Pauline is passionate about harnessing knowledge that promotes food security, livelihood resilience and economic empowerment of drylands communities and has partnered with Kusoma Tu to help find solutions to offer basic literacy skills to nomadic children. Pauline is a veterinarian and homeschooling mum.
